All of the Taekwondo Wellness programs provide instruction in traditional Taekwondo with a focus on mind-body connection, achieving a healthy balance in life, physical fitness, and relaxation through meditation. Taekwondo Wellness is not just an extracurricular activity or sport, but a wellness and exercise class with the goal of improving mental, physical, social, and emotional health as well as improving your quality of life.

Classes for Kids (4-6)

This kids class introduces fundamentals of Taekwondo such as etiquette, basic kicks, stances, blocks, punches, balance agility and coordination through fun activities and play.

Classes for Kids (7-12)

The goal of children’s TKD classes is to have fun while focused on teaching the art of Taekwondo and continuing to develop motor skills such as agility, balance, and coordination while emphasizing safety, self control and respect.

Classes for Teens (13-17)

The goal of teen classes is to improve self confidence through rigorous yet fun training  that teaches teens a “yes, I can!”

Individual/Private Therapy Sessions

Private therapy sessions include exercise and psychotherapy aimed at helping those with psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, self esteem, shyness, and others.
