All Ages Taekwondo Wellness classes are for youth ages 7 and up. Taekwondo Wellness classes are an alternative exercise and wellness class that welcomes youth with or without mental health diagnosis.

Taekwondo Strengthens Our Mind & Body

Taekwondo Wellness group classes also differ from typical martial arts schools in that the master instructor is a clinical psychologist and our classes not only focus on teaching Taekwondo but also ways to better manage stress, anxiety, depression and anger and improve social and coping skills. Our classes also includes mindfulness meditation at the end of every class as a way to teach focus, relaxation while increasing awareness and decreasing distractibility.

Taekwondo Wellness classes are limited to about 15 participants per training session.
