TKD Wellness

Taekwondo Wellness family classes are for parents to to train side-by-side with their children ages 7 and up. The kids class (ages 7-12) and teens class (ages 13-17) are both welcoming of parents wanting to take martial arts side-by-side with their children. Taekwondo Wellness classes are an alternative exercise and wellness class that welcomes youth with or without mental health diagnosis.

Taekwondo Strengthens Our Mind & Body

Taekwondo Wellness group classes also differ from typical martial arts schools in that the master instructor is a clinical psychologist and our classes not only focus on teaching Taekwondo but also ways to better manage stress, anxiety, depression and anger. Our classes also includes mindfulness meditation at the end of every class as a way to teach focus, relaxation while increasing awareness and decreasing distractibility.
