  1. More years ago than I know, I reached black belt. Going through my forms and one steps continues to keep me healthy and at ease. I have been in more physical confrontations since high school than before and never initiated the conflict or had to strike the other people just fended others off untill they either disabled themselves, became tired and quit or just apologized. A relative sort of convinced me to studie a martial art. While running errands before work I noticed a Taekwondo school had just opened and I got lucky the ATA instructors were good and patient.
